Outdoors

The view from the terrace of the villa. The eye is lost to the deep blue of the sky where it meets the sea. Also there are the villages Kastelos, Fulaki and the Episkopi.

Interiors

The Lounge

Entering the house living room is on your right. The patio doors facing the north and leads to the terrace, while the window facing east. The staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is still an  extra living room, as well as a double bed.  At the lower floor there is the cellar.

The fireplace in the house is energy efficient. Which means that it will keep you warm throughout the winter.

The bedrooms

Another positive point of the villa can also be the number of rooms and beds. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, of which 2 have double beds and one has two single beds (pictured).

  The master bedroom is on the ground floor and its window is northern. It has the same view with the living room. Also in the room there is a closet.

The kitchen

The kitchen is spacious and also has the necessary equipment for your everyday cooking. There is an inox fitted kitchen with ceramic plate as well as a two-door refrigerator.

The upper floor

On the upper floor there is a double bed with en suite bathroom and another small living room.

The cellar

On the lower floor you will find our cellar with fragrance from another century, many pieces have been kept from the old warehouse that was there

The bathroom

Both bathrooms have showers in the house. The hot water heater keeps the water hot during the less sunny winter days, the house is also equiped with a solar heater for the summer days.
